Calculate contacts durations
Calculate contacts and intercontacts durations from edges in a DGS input file as well as statistics about the number and duration of contacts and intercontacts.

time

The time format for the x axis data composed of MM (month), dd (day), hh (hour), mm (minutes), ss (seconds). Default: hh:mm

0 or 1 (optional)

The output contacts durations CDF data file

The output contacts durations CDF figure

cdPlot

the plot file used to compute the cd data file(s)

icd

The output intercontacts durations CDF data file

icdFig

The output intercontacts durations CDF figure
